In return for sales that are channeled by a Direct Communications affiliate, HughesNet will process the order, install the equipment for the customer and carry the inventory on behalf of the Sub Dealer.

HughesNet generally markets in areas where cable Internet or DSL is not available. HughesNet offers a great product from speeds up to 2.5 MB. The cost of the equipment is based on lease terms, which means the customer has to pay a $99 lease fee and a monthly subscription cost of $69.99 a month. In exchange for agreeing to the service the customer does not have to pay anything up front, and will be billed for the services and $99 lease fee within the first invoice.
